I went from not knowing my boundaries, not knowing how to communicate my needs, wants, and desires to knowing who I am, what I want, what’s ok with me and not ok with me, owning my boundaries, and owning my self-worth.This is not to say that I am perfect; we are all unique, and growth is an ongoing process. We are always learning and growing, and in order to do so, we make mistakes, test our limits, and move forward.
